Booking Confirmation Agreement

We deliver and pick up to ground level only, and no further than 20-25 feet from the driveway or curb. Tables and chairs will be delivered stacked, and must be clean, stacked and ready to ship when driver arrives on date of pickup. Damage to lawn or property may result due to vehicle and trailer weight, as well as stakes and other necessary tools to keep tent stabilized. Please have sprinkler system labeled, and animal feces cleaned up prior to our arrival.

Our service DOES NOT include set-up or take down of tables or chairs, unless preordered with an addition fee of .50 cents per item. Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked, and must be stacked for pick up. All rented equipment must be free of materials such as food, ribbon, tape, balloons, tablecloths, etc. prior to pick up, or a cleaning charge will be assessed

In event of harsh weather or acts of god, (Severe thunderstorms, tornadoes, high winds, etc.), please evacuate the tent and do not tamper with the tent. If anything happens, please call us and we will take care of it. We reserve the right to take the tent down to prevent equipment, persons, and property from any possible harm or damage. We also reserve the right to cancel any order in the event that harsh weather doesn’t allow for setup, or will cause harm to any rented equipment, as well as persons or property. In this rare event, your deposit will be refunded in full. Gopher State must mark any underground electrical or gas lines before the tent can be setup.

 The sidewalls for the tents are a good use to block a gentile wind/breeze, rain or unwanted scenery. When the tent is setup in an open field, in front of a lake or area where structure is hit by heavy winds the sidewalls catch the wind like a large parachute and cause a lot of stress on the tent. The sidewalls are made from the same grade vinyl material as the tent top and are not a solid wall. When sidewalls are ordered with the tent our setup crew will do everything possible to secure them to the ground. Although even completely secured to the ground they still shift with the wind. Please Ask as many questions on the sidewalls before setup.

All prices quoted are 3-day rates unless otherwise specified. Arrangements must be made well in advance if you desire to rent equipment for an extended period of time.

A down payment of 50% of the total bill is required at the time of booking to guarantee the items rented will be reserved specifically for your event. Full payment is due prior to delivery or at time of delivery. Down payments are non-refundable. Following a reasonable amount of time "your" rental items will be made available to other customers if a down payment has not been received.

​Full payment on all orders is due prior to or at the time of delivery. We accept any major credit card, check, cash or money order. Please make checks out to Northern Event Rentals.

The lessee is responsible for all equipment from the point of delivery until pick-up. The lessee will also take on full responsibility & will be held liable for any damages that occur to any/all equipment. Lessees will be charged for damaged, broken, lost, or stolen equipment at the replacement expense.

Additional equipment orders made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery are welcome, subject to availability.
